It feels so good that the scale is finally catching up with me. It's not much but it's moving. I've been going to the gym at least 5 times a week. It's two hours a day that are completely mine. No one is asking anything of me, just myself. It's a time for me to reflect and relax. I am so glad that I have been able to move past the insecurities that I've written about previously. It's interesting really, I am seeing the same faces everyday and morning hello's are being exchanged. Today my friend and I were asked if we are going to be there every morning now. I replied that I hoped we were, it would be a shame to waste the money being spent on this venture. Who knew it would be so easy to transition to this routine. I'm hoping it stays this way. I'm excited each day to go and feel in control of my destiny not bound by the restraints of my fat.
