still not been eating great but i did do my old 20min workout of boxing today and was so pleased to be able to do it without too much trouble it made me feel great!

Take it one step at a time. Keep up with the workouts (since you've started already) and slowly make changes to your eating when you can. You'll be back on track in no time.

simavision - hey uni is going good a little too good im the heaviest ive ever been so im trying to get it back on track!

Well listen to /0, then he is giving you good advice! You made a really big life change so now you are going to have to reform those good habits that you were working on creating before you left. Little things like walk everywhere you can, make healthier choices when you can that sort fo thing. Meditate maybe and find your focus ;)
