Good Luck! Try drinking water when your hungry. I have heard over and over again that sometimes when we think we are hungry we are really thirsty. Give that a shot and see if it helps :)

Don't you hate those days when you feel like a bottomless pit! Every moment is a brand new chance to get back on track.

Hot tea will sometimes do it when water won't for me, but I still have those days when I am ALWAYS hungry....

Steam or boil 1 Carrot, 1 Parsnip, 1/4 Cauliflower and a 1/4 Cabbage (or vegetables or your choice) for 20 mins. Eat and then straight after brush your teeth. The Veggies are low GI so will control your hunger and blood sugar. And brushing your teeth will stop you wanting to eat anything else.

Sometimes when I feel that way it is because I am trying to "be good" at eat what I "should" instead of what my body is really in need of or wanting. Try slowing down and really asking yourself what would make you feel full and content. Then eat one serving. This works for me and hopefully it will help you as well. :)

I've had days like that, too. Whichever of the strategies you use from the good advice above, just remember - one day won't make a big difference one way or another. Your healthy habits over the long haul are what's important. Have a great, healthy day!

That a girl! Way to get back on track! ONE day at a time and yep, we all slip up and it's the getting back to it that is what is sooo very important. Good for you and your winning attitude! Rock it up babes! Hows the job front, any news yet?
