Wow, it's been awhile since I've come on here.

I've gained. I was at my physical best at this time last year, now I'm not. I wish I would have kept it up. Instead of keeping it up, I'm now up 10 pounds. Boo.

I have myself to blame. "Too busy" to work out and too lazy to eat right. Add that with a new birth control and I started gaining again.

It's time to get re-committed. I'm here now and I want this. I'm tired of feeling like my skinny clothes are getting tighter and tighter. I've lost 65 pounds before with hard work, commitment, and focus. I can start up again!

YAY - glad to "see" you back. I also let my weight creep back a little bit this summer so I am back, too! Let's kick it back up to speed!
