It is now 11 pm and I am just getting my exercise in for the day! Gotta run and get this done....I love the way it makes me feel to not make excuses for not doing my exercise....like it is to late to go walking, or I am to tired to do it....I just don't make excuses any more. It felt really good this week to have lost 4.8lbs and I wasn't even expecting to loose that much....but that is what happens when you track and do your exercise....Love all of you very much and especially those of you that continue to encourage me!
