Day #2 of increased carbs for cycling. I hate watching the scale go up but all that I read says this is the best way to get your body conditioned to the new weight levels and it minimizes the chances of weight gain.

I WANT TO AVOID WEIGHT GAIN!!!
318.0 lb Lost so far: 25.3 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1150 kcal Fat: 105.84g | Prot: 36.95g | Carb: 15.06g.   Breakfast: omelet, splenda, water, bacon, turkey sausage, fish oil pills, heavy cream, tea bag. Snacks/Other: pecans. more...

I have read up on Atkins carb-cycling. I thought about trying it, but I had my doubts. PaigeE asked her doctor friend who used to work for the Atkins Institute what he thought about it and he had some great answers. Ask her where it is in her journal. It might be useful information for you. :)
