Went out and got a new scale today. Thought I was feeling like I was losing, but measurements said otherwise - the scale agreed with the tape :(. So today is day 1. (Again), but oh we'll. I've been tracking my weight for 5 years! And it's gone up over 20 pounds. Wtf? Doing a heck of a job, ain't I! Got a new plan, we'll see. If this doesn't work I may have to break down and start weight watchers or worse, something like Jenny Craig. Actually DH work gives a discount for nutrisystem. What would it be like to have my foods delivered to my door? No cooking, few dishes - kit does have its good side! But I don't think it's for me. Guess I'll see how this plan goes, can I stick with it or will it slide like every other time?
197.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nutrisystem foods are kinda gross. Some are okay. It's good if you really need the structure. I do WW and like it because I can eat a balance of foods. The hardest part is just keeping track of the points, but it's like tracking calories, so I deal with it. I read something great on the WW board. It said if you can't find your motivation, use your determination. So stay determined and on your plan. You can do this! Good luck!
