Really not liking the time change deal...my body gets all messed up and I end up awake at 2:30am and thinking I've had plenty of sleep...which I have since I fell asleep at 7:30pm to start with. Crazy! Brings back memories of when I had toddlers...they used to get messed up w/ the changes too. A couple of days...and it'll fix itself.

I know what you mean, Paula. I hate time changes, too. I find travel-related time change esp. hard. When I'm on the East Coast, I can never get to sleep at a decent hour and I have a heck of a time waking up (when it's the middle of the night on the West Coast). Throws everything off -- including my appetite.

Yes, this is the better time change because we gain an hour but they always mess me up too. Yesterday I was STARVING. I was counting down the time until 11:30 so I could go to lunch and finally it arrives. I grab my purse, lock my computer, reach for my cell phone and see on my phoen 10:34!!!! I forgot to change the time on my work phone so it wasn't even lunch time yet!! I thought I would starve to death in that hour I had to wait.

Amanda - LOL!!! too funny! it actually hasn't touched my appetite, but that just made me laugh out loud literally! But then I am a little overtired this morning, as I have not been back to sleep yet. shooting for an afternoon nap to take the edge off!

That why it is so great here in Hawaii, we dont have to deal with that. The only inconvience is that shows on cable change time, forward or back an hour. Heaven forbid my Amazing Race was on at the same time as The Next Iron Chef which moved forward an hour lol!

I didn't realize you guys didn't do the time change...but I did manage a 45 min power nap! Thank goodness!!! Feeling alive again! Had a great day, got a few things accomplished - now off to go make dinner!
