Keeping my metabolism going by walking 4 or 5 days a week, anywhere from 2.5 to 4.5 miles when weather permits. Being outside is helping my emotional well-being too.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
