I'm maintaining in spite of everything. I go up and down 1 or 2 pounds. Cook constantly. We are very fortunate, have been able to get lots of healthy food. I've discovered Hellmans! I make egg salad, carrot raisin pineapple salad, pimento cheese (with roasted red peppers) for lunches. We just got a bbq grill which will get me some help with the cooking. I'm tending a small garden, already have had some wonderful tomatoes! We have indulged in some treats, but keep the portions small. So far so good!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

Thank you, but I've had it easy. My household is full of introverts, so we're pretty happy in this circumstance, which isn't true for so many. We have income, which affords up the privilege of getting healthy foods. I just don't want to take credit for good luck! But I appreciate the sentiment and I'm happy to hear you're doing well too!
