Yay me ~~ 3 pounds togo .. to hit my goal.. I knew I could do it.. I just needed to get myself motivated.. Good Luck everyone

188.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb. Still to go: 28.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.
