well I just replied to my sister's post stating we need to eat less as we get older just to maintain our weight (so less than the recommend 2000 per day) and to lose weight we have to eat even less. It's rather frustrating as I think about it. But must only eat when hungry! Must feel hungry - let the stomach grumble - and when the stomach is grumbling remember to only eat what was planned...a nice orange, banana, veggies - stay away from the biscuits or b-day cake sitting in the staff room. It's so easy to pick that stuff up and pop it into your mouth but it is too many calories.
