So I ran today and wore my heart rate monitor, the highest rate I got to was 145, going up hill, but I stayed between 137-140 the entire time, which is really good because for my age I am working out at the correct rate. Also it took me about 30 seconds for my heart rate to go down to 100. Again all good.
When I started running in the summer, my highest would be 154 which is too high, and I'd be averaging around 145. This is too much, but now it is better. Plus my blood pressure has been staying normal!
I have not lost anymore weight and today weight is a about 77 kgs. I have not really watched what I am eating, have been having snacks, I have to cut those out and then I can start losing again.
