I'm really hoping to see the scale break 140 this week (tomorrow really). We'll see. I am trying hard! I have followed points again today. Workouts this week have been good, working out each day of this week so far. I wasn't planning on today, but really felt like a swim so I was able to go tonight. I swam for 40 min. and think I did 62 lengths (I might have lost track a little plus or minus a lap). 70 lengths is 1 mile, and 35 is the triathlon 1/2 mile. Feeling pretty good in the swimming department!
Now that exercise has become truly a regular part of my life for 10 months now, I really crave it and miss it if I don't get it. I notice my mood gets a little sad if I don't get the endorphin flow from it. That is a good thing! My b-day is in a week from today. I was hoping for 136 for my 36th, but now am kind of thinking my goal of 138 is more do-able. I'll keep working at it and report in if I finally break the barrier.
