Good morning!
This will be a SHORT journal. My computer is making trouble, and it crashes over and over... it's just a matter of time before it does it again, and deletes what I have writte. Very frustrating.
I'll write more later if I can get to it.
I'm down a full kilo today, and feeling good. I spend pretty much every single calorie I had according to RDI yesterday - 2500 - but didn't go over, and didn't eat stupid s**t. :)
Today will be spent with Wife, we're gonna go to our little lunch buffet. I've been working the last many Saturdays, so this is gonna be the first time in about a month. I'm actually REALLY looking forward to it!
I really feel great today. I think talking about not looking at weight anymore really struck a nerve with me. I feel like there is a load off, and that I really should just go more with feel, and if anything go with bodyfat% and muscle mass, along with belt size. :)
Thank you everyone for chiming in on this. You all gave me things to ponder on.
Also - and MUCH MORE IMPORTANT -
DAUGHTER NOW HAS A 3 YEAR PAID INTERNSHIP!
That's right. She has sent out ONE job application in her life. She is now set for years. How awesome is that!?
She's gonna work at with a publisher, and basically learn the tricks of the trade and of course also everything that has to do with working with media graphics. It's so cool!

Today, I'm thankful for:
- Daughter being hired on!
- Wife!
- Saturday!
- Lunch buffet!

Whooaa ... So pleased for your daughter, fantastic news. If Denmark is anything like the UK, media is really hard to get into. My youngest is a studio manager (computer graphic design and website design Company) She is now having a baby, and thinks the company will have relocate, by the time she has her baby and returns to work. It will be too far to travel to the new location - the likelyhood of her getting a job in her current location, at the same level, or even a lower level is virtually nil. So major congrats to your daughter...

I appreciate it, Pam. Daughter is incredibly talented in her field. I just don't know how she does it. I'll upload her latest creation for everyone too see tomorrow. It seems like I have my PC under control again. :)
