Ugh, I have NOT been doing so hot. Since I was doing so well I guess I felt a little more inclined to let myself have treats.I had cheesecake last night. I helped my sister unpack at her new house today and they ordered pizza and I caved and had two slices.

On the bright side I did some exercise while I was watching TV and did some cleaning at their house so that burned a little bit at least. I'm still mad at myself. Not expecting much movement tomorrow on the scale.

Don't give up.... come on... this is the toughest part of the year, but you have to buckle down and eat well. Think about how you'll feel knowing you ate well through the holidays! Enjoyment of food is temporary, but the weight it puts on is more permanent.

this feeling is so normal! you do good, and think you can indulge a bit, then the negative feelings poor in. I like to consider this is a reminder how bad foods make us feel AND HOW GREAT WE FEEL WHEN WE ARE DOING WELL. so come on gir, what are you going to do about it????? ANSWER?

You guys are awesome! Thank you. I didn't lose any, but I also didn't gain the past week. So, I need to buckle down, resist the treats, and get back on track!
