You can do this. Make sure you enter everything you eat in your Food Diary. And if you slip, you'll see right away what went wrong. Also consider doing some exercising. Good Luck.

Thanks classicrocker. I exercise about 5 times a week. I will start entering the food again. I stopped that a while ago.

Don't know if you have a smart phone, but I've found MyFitnessPal excellent for keeping track of my food. By the way, you're gorgeous :-)
