Gah, I slack off again.
Day 4: What is your favorite healthy snack or treat? I'm in love with dried prunes currently. I also love chocolate mousse made out of chobani greek yoghurt, unsweetened baking chocolate powder and stevia.
Junk-Free? YES.
Day 5: What is your exercise routine? I do not have a routine currently. I try best to power walk at least 40 minutes a day. If I'm not too lazy, I would do a little calisthenics.
Junk-Free? BIG FAIL! I went out with parents and family. I had a lot of sweets eek!
Day 6: Do you binge? If so, when was your last binge and how did it make you feel? I'm a binger. The last time I binged was today (17/9/2013, see below). It made feel not so bad. I was bored.
Junk-Free? No! My colleague gave me some sugar-free candies.
Day 7: What was the last compliment you remember receiving? What is the best compliment you could possibly receive? The last compliment I received was from my god-sis on Sunday. She told me that my stomach is a little flatter. I was happy. The best compliment I got was when I managed to lose a tons of weight from 58kg down to 52kg. It was a great achievement.
Junk-Free? BIG FAIL! I had a pack of biscuits, 1 chocolate, some wasabi peas, cake slices with cream. Hmm.
This is why I do not want to update my diet calendar these days. ><
