New record for total weight in a workout. Intense leg day. Unfortunately, may be one of our last for a while with the governor making more restrictions for gyms.

I’m doing pretty good this morning. Strained my calf Wednesday on a walk/run. Gotta stretch and wear my Brooks! Legs are back where they were Pre-pandemic.
