been very hard! one night I had half a burrito and drinks will never get this weight loss again. plan on doing one more week of the hard way and revise it again. hope everyone else is well.
215.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 75.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am thankyou mate.Skipping the weigh in for a couple of weeks though cos I've had a couple of 'parties' over the last week and hardly any exercise and don't need to see that I haven't lost any or indeed put on.I know.Anyway back on track.Paleo rocks.xx

I dont blame you I wouldn't want to see the scales after having a couple of nights off either. More than often sends you down a path of self destruct. Just hope you enjoyed it thats all x
