sending good thoughts your way and for your friend. continue to be there for her but be there for yourself too... don't forget about you. we tend to do that when caring for others. i hope everything works out for her, try to get her to the doctor, life is so, so precious.

So how bad did you fall off...just a wee bit or a full on just made a whole day of not eating well? It is a new day and by all means you should start back on induction and try to stay on a clean induction plan. Sorry to hear about your friend. If she says she is suicidal, but doesn't want to go seek help, you may need to seek it for her. If she is suicidal, she is not thinking rationally and clearly. You can easily call your local police or sheriffs department and ask them to do a welfare check. If they determine that she is a danger to herself then they will take her to a hospital where she can get some help. My experience (many years as a therapist) have proven that generally people are upset at first, but then after getting the help the need and deserve, they are able to think clearly and will be thankful you got them help. I would rather have a mad at me friend or client than a dead one. Just my two cents. Work you plan and take care of yourself. Your body deserves to be taken care of just as much as your friend deserves to help.

Cindy, as scary as this is for yo, you cannot contrl your friend. Just be there for her, and if she needs help, perhaps call someone and tell them what is happening and see if she can be checked up on, as Pinky said! As for falling off the wagon, it happens to us all, the best thing to do is to get right back on. The longer you stay off track, the harder it is to get back on. I am here if you need anything! Try to have a good day! Take care, and try not to fret too much.
