Strength In Numbers

Eating healthy is always easier when everyone in your household is on board. I can't think of anything harder than having to prepare two meals, one with all those greasy unhealthy foods you love to hate, and what, at first, seems bland and unexciting.

Tried and Failed

I went mostly vegetarian while I was living with my sister, brother in law and my niece and nephew. They weren't on board and just the smell of their meals drove me up the wall. I wanted some! I lasted sixty days.

New Beginnings

Now, my girlfriend and I are back at it. With everything I learned about nutrition, portions and meals, I feel confident that changing our eating habits will be a breeze.

The Purge

We went through our fridge and cupboards and threw out anything that didn't 'fit' in our healthy regiment. She hit the store and loaded up on veggies and fruits.

And here we go!
