Meggles's Journal, 03 November 2010

Weighed in 7lbs less than weighed on Friday. Today was our 8 year anniversary so I was very strict with what I ate during the first part of the day. We enjoyed a dinner out, Applebee's. I had a steak, med rare, a baked potato with butter only, and steamed veggies. My downfall, out of habit I ordered a regular Pibb instead of a diet Coke. Grrrr, and of course the appetizer, some boneless wings with blue cheese. I then went to the grocery store and bought item that I enjoy to snack on. I won't weigh again until the 10th. Hopefully it's another 3lbs. 10 lbs in 12 days, please. :)
308.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
