I ate a doughnut this morning... and a candy apple. Know why? 'Cause it's part of my diet! Best. Diet. Evar.
I am very strict with my diet on most days, but I build in a "cheat" meal into every week where I eat whatever I want... well, within reason. I might eat a few slices of jalapeno and pineapple pizza, but I don't eat the whole pizza. Anyway, I also refuse to diet on holidays. True story. They are rare occasions and will not wreck my overall progress (especially with all the manual labor I've been doing recently).
Happy Halloween! I LOVE Halloween. I will go on the record saying anyone bashing Halloween is either stupid or lacks intelligence. Free f***in' candy! What's not to like? I know, I know... we're all on diets and candy is bad blah, blah, blah. But giving is better than receiving in this case. Give candy, don't eat it (unless you're on my super awesome diet).
And yes, I dressed up for work today (I'm awesome, I know). Folks at work poke fun a little bit because I'm from the boonies so I dressed as white trash... and actually in a trash can. I got to work early, put on my super redneck gear, and hid in a trashcan (a new one so it wasn't all gross and stinky)to scare my coworkers. It worked... very well. So I guess that's one plus to losing weight, I could actually fit in a trashcan to scare the crap out of people. I can't wait until I can get home (well... my soon to be home) to start putting up my decorations for the trick-o-treaters.
