This is so hard for me, I always felt fortunate to be blessed with a good metabolism, have been very fit and trim and able to drop pounds very easily when needed---until I hit 45yrs, and now it seems like I just keep gaining and gaining. Every time I hit another 5lb gain, I panic and try some different diet/exercise plan and fail. I have gone from size 2 or 4 to size 12 or 14 in the past 2yrs. I have a sedentary job and have worked at home for the past 2yrs so I'm sure that has played a part in my weight gain (proximity to kitchen!!). I guess it's just like quitting smoking---you have to keep trying. So--here I go again. Trying to be sensible about eating and increase exercise--worry about next week in Florida visiting my parents, holidays coming up...........MUST STAY FOCUSED ON GOAL AND STAY ON TRACK!!!
