inching...like the inchworm..lol. My running is improving. I am doing sprints of 5.7 mph on the treadmill for 1 to 2 minutes. I can run a total of up to 15 minutes now. Not sure how fast on the outside track but also improving not as fast on the outside track but it is harder. Happy with my progress. It would be nice to find a partner who likes to run.
