So I just saw some pictures from my sister's wedding on September 13th. I look like a cow in ALL of them. I've never seen myself with a double chin in a picture before! :-( I have GOT to lose this.

There's nothing like a bad picture to motivate you. I cried when I saw a picture of me at the beach, but at least now we have good pictures to compare our "after" pics too!!!!!

you will lose it all, it just takes time and determination. yes a pics can be sooo motivating. put it up. I am so proud of those pics now... like reina says to compare w/ our after pics. I started where you are now... and believe me... I was the one that believed in myself the least! i never thought it was possible but I started by changing my way of thinking! So know that you ARE beautiful and worth it... make a change to feel better about yourself!
