I've been bragging to friends about running up the hill from my earlier post. My guitarist sent me this song. We used to do a version ofvthis song that was a little more like the Placebo version. So it ended up on my workout/ running playlist.

Running up hills is analogous to goal-getting during a pandemic. It’s a stroll in the park when the run is downhill or flat. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I've been pretty pleased that I've been able to maintain and keep losing during the pandemic. It's been a little touch and go here and there - but I used the opportunity to really identify the "whys" of my disordered eating patterns. :)
