Bored today - relaxing and catching up on balancing the checkbook and bills.

Yesterday was awesome! I ran my 2nd 5k in 32 mins and 45 secs. An improvement of 2.5 mins in 2 weeks. This 5k was held at my gym and they had everyone stretch out before we started running. I wonder if that made a difference or the fact that there wasn't that many people running so you didn't have to wait on people to move in order to set your pace.

Thanks so much for your encouragement. I am on the right trail again. Congratulations on your 5k runs. That is great. Many pounds and years ago I used to run in various runs and loved it. Hopefully, I can lose enough to try something like that again. Have a good week.
