Just realized that I've managed to exercise at least 4 times per week since getting the polar watch and upload link.

I'm trying to follow my challenges better, but I can't figure out how to post my results on the mini challenges. I can comment on other people's posts,but not how state success/ failed and comment about my status/results.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 October 2010:
1075 kcal Fat: 27.93g | Prot: 69.44g | Carb: 146.80g.   Breakfast: sprouted multi-grain bread, strawberries, albertson's lowfat cottage cheese. Lunch: sprouted multi-grain bread, sliced olives, new potatoes cubed, tuna. Dinner: sliced olives, new potatoes cubed, miracle whip, tuna. Snacks/Other: oat & chocolate fiber one, prunes, beveri flaxseed, honey dew melon, oikos greek yogurt, strawberries. more...
