Day 4: I had a big binge last nite that carried on through to today. But instead of feeling sorry for myself, I picked my lardass up of the couch and did some exercise. It was only about 35mins, and I had to stop three times, but I did it. I think I've finally snapped out of my denial and realised what I've done to myself. I know now that I can't lose the weight and that this is going to take a massive commitment to exercise and right diet to fix long term. Only this time I know I can do it. My first goals are:1) to be able to walk/run the circuit near my house without stopping in 30mins. 2) Lose 5 kilos. When I hjave acheived this I'm gonna get me a new dress!! Keep yáll updated.
