I am 27 year old mother of one, working full time. I want to lose quite a lot of weight. After a stressful year I went up 4 dress sizes and have decided to do something about it. Basically,I'm doing this because I feel tired all the time and am unhappy with my appearance. I'm currently doing SureSlim, but want to see what's working for other members, as I'm finding SureSlim quite restrictive. By the way, the pic is of me before I put on weight, and is what I hope to look like afterwards...lol

Getting back on the wagon

Well, after my first week I've learnt that my state of mind, and what I tell myself will determine my success. I had a fall off the wagon this week, and nearly let it derail me. But I managed to stop beating myself up, and get back into a more positive, affirming headspace. I still managed to lose a kilo this week. That would never have happened if I had let myself stay negative. So although I wanted to lose more, my first lesson on this journey has been duly noted! First thing I do when waking up
I'm gonna try that tomorrow morning!! I've also been a glass of chilled green tea with lemon and 1tblspn of Linseed powder morning and night. It sounds disgusting, but apart from having lots of omega-3 and antioxidants in it, it is also filling.Smile
It's my version of a similiar drink I've seen in another diet

first day!!
Hi everyone, I started well today and follwed my eating plan ok, except I had two treats instead of just one. Crying or Very sad I still feel good and have had more energy than usual. I'm nervous about sharing my journey with strangers on the Net, but hopefully it will motivate me as well. Wish me luck!! Wonder how much I'll lose this week?Very Happy
