I was going to change to another diet yesturday. It was this one I found on the computer,but I had found it to be hard than it looked. You were to have only fruit and veg. no caffine and no sweetner, also oatmeal plain for breakfast! I don't think so nasty. You did this for nine days. So I made it tell 4:00pm and then it was all over with when cookies where offered. I was not full enough to say no to them. I will stick to the south beach diet from now on.

Any diet that asks you to deprive yourself of protein (the main thing I see laking in your description) is a recipie for trouble. Even vegetarians get their protein through nuts, beans, and soy. With out it your body turns on it's self and starts processing your meat for protein. Not a great way to lose the weight!
