I just joined my 2nd challange.....Walk every day. It starts in 3 more days. I started 3 days ago. The challange is not how far or how long of a walk. It is walk everyday. Good Luck to me, for I am not crazy about walking, but it has become a must at this size and age or I will be in big health trouble in no time.
