I think I could cry I'm so happy, I haven't weighed this much since the summer of 2018 two years ago, and even then that was on a scale that weighed you lower than my scale. I pray to God that I continue at this pace, ans maybe my goal then doesn't seem so out of reach

220.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
