1/3/19 starting eating low carb again !
Gained four pounds through the holidays. Basically ate good just love Christmas cookies.

Before I started low carb eating I could gain more than four in a day. So I am very proud of myself!!

My resolution is to loose 20 pounds by this time next year.

Well I have done it in June 2020. Kind of a year and a half. Surgery got in my way. But did it!
169.2 lb Lost so far: 55.9 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
