네모난 누룽지는... Wasa crispbread라고 합니다. 쿠팡에서 wasa로 검색하시면 몇 가지 종류가 나오는데, 제가 먹는 건 “light rye”란 제품입니다. 바삭한 크래커 같은 빵인데, 치즈나 버터를 발라서 위에 견과나 과일을 올려서 먹으면 식사 대용으로 먹기 괜찮은 거 같습니다. 식이섬유와 단백질은 많고, 나트륨이나 설탕당은 거의 없어서 다이어트에 좋을 걸로 보입니다. 저는 밥 대신 이 빵으로 식사를 대신 하는 경우가 많습니다. 주변에 가족, 동료들에게 많이 권하는데, 모두 좋아하지는 않는 호불호가 갈리는 음식인 거 같으니 한 팩 정도만 먼저 시도해 보시는 걸 권해드립니다. :) 여러 종류 중, sourdough, whole grain, light rye, multi grain 넷 중에서 고르시길 권해드립니다. 샌드나 소금이 쳐진 것들도 있으니 주의하시구요. 👌😊

hobodon, what I don't get is that when you put a plate full of food down, you get 35 people that support you. I put my plate full of food down, and I don't get one person supporting me. I don't get it? What's up with that? Nobody likes my eggs, strawberries, and blueberries? Maybe they just don't like me? What say you???

For skinny:if you want everyone can see your diary, you have to go to settings then community, and then you have to check "share .... with everyone" and "allow comments"
