I haven't been real committed lately. I think I'm a little bored with it. Maybe it's just my job...extremely bored by it. I need a challenge!! I also need to change up my exercise!! I'm eager to start my kickboxing video again but trying to find the time to fit it in, stinks! Walking works out well because I can walk during my breaks. Finding time at home and not feeling guilty because I am taking time away from my family proves to be more difficult. I guess if I don't get healthy I won't be with my family...HMMM....Time for a change.
