Heading into the weekend feeling like a fatty. Have plans with friends this weekend- that will make it harder to maintain. But I'm going to start planning ahead again... I've slacked on that. I may attempt a light workout today... maybe not so much on the running, but muscle stuff. Still kinda stuffy/coughy, so I don't want to push too hard. But look out Monday!
