I don't understand why I gained - I'm watching what I eat - and I thought I did enough in the exercise department - but somehow I gained a couple pounds.

Maybe I need to change the way I do things - different execises - more instead of less - and maybe change the way I eat and what I am eating - could it be that my body is sabotaging my weight loss or am i?

No it could be gaining muscle and burning fat... I once lost two sizes and gained 5lbs on the scale... go by how your clothes feel. Its probably just that you gained muscle. Dont feel bad! :)
