I am enjoying being a part of this challenge. I do know my carbs but in the group environment I have seen where I am a bit lazy at times or have become too lax. That is part of what the challenge is for in my case. 2.5 pounds for this week is progress for me as I have been not moving downward for some time!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're on the right track. Remember slow and steady wins the race and it took me six months to lose about 25 pounds from October last year to April. Once you get to your goal weight stay on here for maintenance. That is what I'm doing now... :)
