I have been doing pretty good with my eating. I am not logging my exercise yet because I am going slow. A few weeks ago, E and I started doing Insanity. We have not made it thru the first tape yet. The last 15 mins have eluded us. LOL Insane is soooo the right word! Tonight we will complete the tape even if we can't do it all. We are going to cycle thru the first week until we can actually, slightly keep up. I am not really in Insanity shape so we are going slow. Slow is safe! Overall...very busy summer. I have lost some for the weight I gained back. 5-6 more lbs and I will start logging my weight again. I am still doing the "Spike Diet", but I am no longer having junkfood on my Spike Day. Spike Day was becoming Spike week. LOL Hence, the 25lb gain. Mentally, I am sooooo much beter then the winter & spring. Here's hoping I stay on the healthy track...

I'm sure you are in a much stronger head space that will enable you to lose more plus some. Slow and steady wins the race. :)

Good for you for pushing through!! Insanity is tough, but I love it because the really fit people on the DVD's are stopping to take breaks, so you can see they are human too. Taking it slow is great and at least you are doing it. I agree, I am more mentally stable in the summer than any other season, so I'm hoping I can get on track and stay there before it gets cold. :)

Dropping by to say thanks for your comment on @kmartdollie´s journal. I appreciated it. Getting back on a healthy track can be overwhelming. I think I'm always starting over! I like your attitude. Very inspiring. :)

Yep, high calorie saturdays easily became weekends and then friday-monday for me. Soon enough you're just eating crap all the time again. Glad you are back on track and kicking butt! Keep up the Insanity if you can. I got bored with it after the first 30 days but it sure is a good workout!!
