Thanks Bendryl and 14 hours sleep.

No office for me today and will only have dinner tonight.
208.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I threw away my Benedryl and everything containing diphenhydramine when I read it is linked to early onset dementia. I use 3 mg Melatonin instead.
