wow! 6lbs off! very pleased. managed to get my trainers on yesterday for a family day out. it's been a massive boost. I know I won't get these results every week but it's a great start!
213.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
