I've always been a slowburner when it comes to weight loss despite being active and I'm used to having one bad food and putting on so it didn't come as a shock when I decided to weigh in this morning and am now 159.4kg.
The last few days when I let fat secret slide towards the last couple days I would have gone way over my calorie deficit target but I knew I was going to do a flat out week of Slimming World this week so thought 'what the heck'. Sometimes it gets you like that especially when you see others losing more with what seems much less effort.
Anyway, I know that is how my weight goes, 2 steps forward and 1 back each time even when I am working so hard at it. I am not going to think about it anymore now and just get on with it.I accept that is me,it just annoys me from time to time.
Now I have 'written' it down, it's time to move on..........
Doctors for my annual regular blood test then I'm hitting the exercise again.Managed a 5k run on the treadmill yesterday along with cycling and rowing.

Ok so it's now 13:20, half way through day 2 of Slimming world only week menu plan from this months edition. Lunch was lovely.

Last bit to add.So I have just done a late night step aerobics session via EA Sports Active on my Wii console.The Wii exercises are quite tame for me but EA is very good and pushes me hard.I purchased a 3" platform to go under my Wii balance board so it would have been rude not to have tried it out wouldn't it? I can safely say I felt that stretch in the legs.Just did 20 mins as it is very late.
