Continuing progress on exercising. Yesterday, went dancing and this AM, got up to do some simple exercises - marching, lunges, some kickboxing moves - anything to get my heart rate up! Though this morning was not as intense as my yoga sessions, it's still exercise!

Keep it up. Do you use DVD's? I don't work as hard unless someone telling me what to do so they work great for me.

I can't follow dvds since the visual is too distracting. I've been doing yoga regularly for a few years so I know most of the poses. Every now and then I attend classes to get my alignment corrected. There are some great yoga sessions online. I particularly like iyogalife.com. I've been doing a lot of sun salutations which really gets your heart rate up. I aim to do 30-40 every other day. Eventually, I'd like to get that up to 50-60 every other day. It's a great workout but can get repetitive so it's good to change it up.
