Hi everybody!!!

Work is SUCKING! No business in 3 days! Crazy. I think there's a recession or something...maybe someone boycotted me...just jokin!

I know that I'll get some business tonight since it's the weekend...it's just nerve wracking sitting here waiting.

My diet's going great. I haven't been cheating. I weighed myself today and found that I'd gained 3 lbs? IDK where that came from!

I've been eating right and exercising and drinking only water. That's just crazy. Who knows? Sometimes it goes up because of all the water I've been downing...water does weigh alot.

Sigh...I know I'm getting smaller because I always lose at least 5 lbs a week on this diet.

I won't weigh in officially until Sunday, so I'm hoping something changes by then...

64 oz of water (1/2 gallon) weighs 4 pounds! When I weigh myself once a week I am going to do it in the morning before I have anything to eat or drink.

I agree about the weighing thing. First thing in the morning. I fluctuate a lot during the week, too. Don't worry about it. You're doing the right thing.
