Today's official weigh in day. I weighed in at 143.0 At least there was no gain!! I wasn't disappointed though. I was able to maintain since Sept. 24th, last weigh. That's a good thing(TOM). Hope everyone has a wonderful day, no matter what the weather!! Keep up the good work over the weekend too . . .
