I eat a toasted english muffin w/4 thin slices of oscar myer deli honey ham and 1 slice of kraft american cheese. It's only 5 pts for breakfast and keeps me feeling full til lunch.

A friend of mine here at work eats apple cinnamon oatmeal(says keeps her til lunch).

Overweight (RISK FACTORS)
Was reading an article about some of the Risk Factors of being overweight, didn't realize what all weight affected . . .

1. Hypertension(high blood pressure)
2. High LDL(bad cholesterol)
3. Low HDL(good cholesterol)
4. High Triglycerides
5. High Blood Glucose(blood sugar)
6. Family History of Premature Heart
7. Physical Inactivity

Weight Loss of 1.2 lbs in 1 Day?
Question, to anyone reading this post. . .

I weighed in Friday morning at 143.0
Out of curiousity, I weighed myself again this morning(3 times) got the same weight of 141.8.
Could one of the following be a factor in the weight difference of 1 day!?

1. I weighed after getting out of the shower(I've heard you weigh more then b/c of your body taking in moisture)!?
2. It's TOM been very, very heavy for the past three days(woke up to a terrible headache and feeling weak today)!?

This probably sounds crazy, but I'm being serious. Is this possible . . . .

Healthy and Filling Foods
I'm trying to eat smaller portions and make better food choices. I go to lunch at 11:30 a.m. By 3:00 I'm starving. I really get the munchies between 3:00 and 4:00. Does anyone have any suggestions for healthy, filling foods or snacks? Like I said before, chocolate is my weakness and to top it off, our office has a candy drawer full!! Help. . .
