I guess I need to make some more changes. I just dont seem to loose any weight. I dont seem to sleep well.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It doesn't look like you are eating enough. You may be putting your metabolism in starvation mode. Anything under 1200 calories will do that. Also, not eating breakfast can make the same thing happen. You don't want to go too long between meals. Good luck with your weight loss and Hugs.
